When you refer a new Property Management client to Code Property Group, you will receive a $100 gift voucher for a local Sunshine Coast business of your choice.

Simply complete your referral via the button below, and we'll contact your friend, family member or associate to confirm their interest.

Once we sign a property management contract for their property, you will receive your reward! Your $100 gift voucher will be sent to you as soon as we receive your referral's first rental payment. 

There are no limits to how many referrals you can give - you'll receive a reward for each successful referral!

General Terms & Conditions

Referrals for landlords and properties already under Code Property Group's management are not eligible.

Referrals for contacts already in Code Property Group's database are not eligible.

The $100 gift voucher will be sent after Code Property Group has received the first rental payment from the referral.
